2024 GOLF MEMBERSHIP RATES & PROGRAMS

MEMBERSHIP VALID FROM APRIL 1, 2024 THRU MARCH 31, 2025

MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS

Single- an adult individual over the age of 18 and no longer enrolled in a secondary school.

Family- two married adult individuals living in the same household, including all children under the age of 19.

Non-resident- an adult individual over the age of 18, no longer enrolled in a secondary school, and who lives further than 40 miles from Middleburg, PA.

Youth- an individual who has not reached the age of 19.

Student- full time undergraduate or graduate student. Must show current college ID.

Full membership rates will apply if payment is received after Mar. 31, 2024. Discounted rates are available if payment is received on or before the dates listed below.

INTRODUCTORY MEMBERSHIP RATE PLAN

These special rates are applicable to individuals who were not members during 2022 or 2023 or, in the case of a family, where no adult applicants were members during 2022 or 2023. For those interested in taking advantage of this special offer early applicants may pay $250 any time after January 1, 2024 and become a member immediately, with remainder due on or before April 1, 2024. For all those joining after April 1, 2024 payment is due in full to obtain membership for 2024-2025. Future rates are approximate and may change dependent upon a change to the full membership price.

LIMITED-PLAY MEMBERSHIP FOR 2024

A limited-play membership is available that will allow play anytime on Monday thru Thursday, and after 2:00 pm on Fridays, weekends and holidays. The cost of this membership will be $795.00

PAYMENT OPTIONS-

Discounted rates- payment must be received in full on or before dates listed above.

**Discounted rates will not be applicable to memberships paid by credit card.

Payment by check or money order can be sent by US mail to address at the end of this letter or delivered in person to Shade Mountain Golf Course.

Credit Card- Payment by credit card (full payment) is available after April 1, 2024 in the Pro Shop.

PAYMENT PLAN- Single and family members can elect to pay their dues in installments according to the dates and amounts that follow. Members who fail to make and installment payment by the due date will lose all membership privileges until payment is made.

PRIVILEGES AVAILABLE WITH MARA GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Shade Mountain has a reciprocal agreement for reduced rates on greens fees and carts when playing the following courses: Lost Creek Golf Course, Lewistown Country Club, Belle Springs Golf Course, Three Ponds, Wynding Brook Golf Club, Clinton Country Club, Iron Masters Golf Course, Corey Creek, Mountain View Golf Club, Tyoga Country Club and The Links of Hemlock Creek. Indian Hills State park, Susquehanna Valley Country Club, White Deer Golf Course and Standing Stone. List of courses is subject to change.

MARA CERTIFICATES

Certificate numbers are required on the membership application in order to receive the certificate

holder membership rates. Certificates may be obtained thru the Association for $225.00. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all certificate transfers.

FAMILY POOL MEMBERSHIP

A certificate holder may purchase an Adult Pool Membership for $110.00 or a Family Pool Membership for $225.00.
